Washed and dried early this morning. Just been out to vac and wipe down the interior and the outside is all dusty already!
It needs a spirited drive to blow it all off!

Just back from a 6 hr bike (motor) ride, I can throughly recommend a spirited drive/ride

Just back from a spirited drive along the B550 and B645.
Very impressed with the performance of the 350d! Never seems to stop pulling

Comfort mode doesn't seem to calm it down much either. Ok, it's not a V8 but it's fast enough for me and for a sound track I listen to Free and Humble Pie

Nice 20 mile round trip roof off to a couple of Nurseries and bought a couple of statues for the gate posts of the new house. Very pleasant drive in what looks to be the last sunny weekend of the year, MOT in the morning as the speed limiter took my slot last week (cost me a tyre).

Done nothing again as the screen's still got a massive crack in it and I don't want to risk using it as it is.

Still waiting for the windscreen place to confirm that, after waiting the obligatory 3 - 5 working days, my new screen is now in the country. I somehow doubt this to be honest.

I'm never going to get any miles on this car at this rate...

You would have thought that all business would be appreciated but it seems not.

Don't get me started on Customer Service and Covid excuses! Our local council still have a recorded message that due to the pandemic phones are not being answered. Refuse collection of large items suspended (even though dumps are open).

HSBC estimated 12 week delay just for me to speak to a Mortgage advisor (no loans without that conversation) the list goes on and on....

On the bright side the SL sailed through MOT with no advisories other than the perishing Pirellis...
