No problems Sandy - the Lambda is unlikely to get changed by the dealer as its not logging a hard fault. Its also a relatively easy thing to change and if you use an OEM one (NTK or Bosch) it will cost a lot less too most likely (or phone Mercedes Grangemouth, say you're on this forum and they'll do a discount on the MB one and send it out in the post for £5 - that also applies to any other part you may need - they're good guys up there).

Just in general. I had 137 Star DTCs when I first plugged a code reader into my car (and nearly voided myself!) I had a failed battery, on changing it almost all of the error codes disappeared as voltage picked up over 12.2V.

Normally there will be a specific 'Low Voltage' error code as well as all the others. Its missing so whilst its still not impossible I don't think so. Also all the errors point towards the SAM so I would think it more likely the SAM was replaced at some point and the codes weren't cleared.
