E-Class Cabriolet 2012
Hello, New to this forum so apologies if I've posted this in the wrong section.
A month ago my W212 cabriolet's Satnav showed my location way off. I'm in Essex and it was showing up somewhere in wales so a good 300 miles off.
Doing some research it looks like the GPS antenna has gone maybe? I've seen some on eBay for £30-60. would I need just the antenna or should I go for the whole shark fin including the plastic cover as I've heard sometimes you may need to break the old one off?

I've seen lots of threads on the saloon where the shark fin is on the roof but not anywhere the shark fin is on the boot hence why I'm asking. I contacted 8 MB specialists, not a single one got back to me. What do you think is the problem and what should I do? also if you know any MB specialists that would do this within 100 miles from Epping in Essex pls let me know and ill happily go to them.
